If you have bad form and you increase the power behind your punch then you are just setting yourself up for injury. It is also important to note where the power for each punch is coming from. Make sure when practicing technique that the power for each punch is coming from the correct area of your body. Practice over and over throwing all different types of punches until you are up to the power level where you want to be. Learning how to punch harder is something that takes time and hard work.
